Cleaning
Proper cleaning is important.
To ensure your shower enclosure stays sparkling for a long time, we recommend cleaning it regularly after each use. After showering, you should first rinse the interior surfaces with warm water, then with cold water, and dry them thoroughly. Frames and glass panels must only be cleaned with mild, standard cleaning and care products, e.g. diluted vinegar solution (mixing ratio 1:1). Under no circumstances should abrasive cleaners, alcohol or nitro thinner etc. be used.

Maintenance
Minimal maintenance for optimum performance.
It is advisable to lubricate the guide rails, rollers and joints once a year, for example with Vaseline or silicone spray, and to retighten the screws on the rollers, metal fittings and the lifting mechanism to ensure smooth operation for many years to come.

The Kermi Duschdesign CLEAN easy-care coating for real glass is an ideal option if you want to minimise the effort involved in cleaning. A special surface coating prevents dried water droplets, soap residue, dirt and limescale from becoming stubbornly embedded. It also prevents germs and bacteria from adhering, ensuring improved hygiene.
For cleaning, we recommend soft, non-abrasive cloths and standard, non-abrasive cleaning products.

With the VARIO 2000 bath screen, you can turn a bath into a shower cubicle – and vice versa – in no time at all.
